Our language Courses

Our language Courses are offered year-round, students can start on any Monday of the year. Complete beginners are required to book private tuition until their level is high enough to join a group.

Language Course Program

General English

Our General English language Courses are offered with either 20 or 30 lessons per week and are ideal for students wishing improve or to brush up on their knowledge of the English language.

Our language Courses are varied and consist of the following topics (the degree can vary according to the level of the language course):

• Speaking
• Listening
• Reading
• Role-Plays
• Vocabulary
• Grammar
• Writing
• Pronunciation

Our standard course consists of 20 lessons per week and is the perfect choice for students who want to improve their English while on holidays, but prefer to have enough free time for activities during the afternoons. If you principal aim is studying English, we recommend our intensive language course with 30 lessons per week.

Combination Courses

Our combination Courses consist of general English group tuition, combined with 5 or 10 private lessons per week, in which you can focus on your specific areas of weakness or on special topics with your teacher. The private lessons can be tailored to your needs, be it for your studies or your professional career.

Exam Preparation Courses

Internationally recognised language certificates are being demanded more and more for work and study purposes. Our exam preparation Courses are specifically designed to prepare you for the exam of your choice and usually last between 4 to 12 weeks.

• Cambridge Exams (FCE, CAE, CPE)

  Cambridge Exams are universally recognised around the world and take place in Malta on three fixed dates during the year. They are administered by the University of Cambridge and are highly valued, especially on the international job market. The results possess a lifelong validity.

• TOEFL

  The TOEFL tests are widely recognised throughout North America and are usually required for entry into American universities. The results are classified through a point system and are valid for 2 years.

• IELTS

  Students planning to study or work in Great Britain or Australia often need a certain IELTS score. IELTS tests are offered regularly in Malta throughout the year.

At our language school in Malta, you can book the following English language Courses:

  20 lessons per week, maximum 12 students per group
  Schedule: 9.15 - 12.45

• Group Classes 30 - intensive course
  30 lessons per week, maximum 12 students per group
  Schedule: 9.15 - 12.45 & 13.15 - 14.45

Combination Courses

• Combination Plus 5
  20 lessons of group tuition plus 5 private lessons per week, maximum 12 students per group Schedule: 9.15 - 12.45 - individual lessons timetable will be communicated on the spot.
  
• Combination Plus 10
  20 lessons of group tuition plus 10 private lessons per week,
  maximum 12 students per group Schedule: 9.15 - 12.45 & 13.15 - 14.45
